that such Judge will be eligible for allowances only to re-coup his out of pocket expenses and should not receive additional remuneration:
that in the amendments proposed to the Ordinance provision be made for a term of office for the Chairman, if a Judge, of one year, which may of course be renewable:
the Chief Justice to reserve the right, after a trial term of one year, to decline to nominat e a Judge if in his opinion the administration of justice has suffered:
that any candidate for appointment to the Bench be informed that he may be nominated to the Chairmanship.
These are my views and I would have no objection to a trial period on these lines and I suggest that the Acting Chief Justice be asked if he concurs; but the decision to be his.
I trust I do not appear "difficult"!
